Peter Schultze-Allen of the City of Emeryville reviewed his city’s use of compost since 2005, discussing specifications and providing examples. Brian Debasitis of Bay Friendly Landscaping provided an overview of the Bay Friendly Landscaping Program’s practices and goals.
