SECTION 2: Material Management

Note: Completion of this form fulfills the requirement for all events over 1,000 attendees, held on public property, and are open to the public, to provide a material management plan per San José Municipal Code section 9.10.1445.

For the questions below, indicate how materials will be managed to conserve resources and divert materials from landfill.

¹ Processing Facility: Facilities that are designed, operated, and permitted for the processing and transfer of solid waste, organic waste, and recyclable material.

SECTION 4: Eco-station Loan Request

A City-provided eco-station is a three-container material collection system for recyclables, compostables, and trash that includes containers, lids, and bags. See additional information on the Eco-station Loan Program.
