Improving Recycling for Businesses: We Need To Hear From You

San Jose Zero Waste

Our city is committed to 100% recycling by 2022. That means 100% of what our residents and businesses can recycle, will be recycled. It's a goal we can reach. But to get there, we need your input and your help to design system enhancements that improve our recycling rate and offer excellent service to all businesses.

Please take the Business Recycling Survey. The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete, and will help us better understand your garbage and recycling needs.

We lead the nation in recycling for residents, and businesses like yours, can make a big difference towards achieving even higher recycling rates for the city. In fact, 90% of what San José businesses send to landfills could be recycled.

Together, we must recycle more to help protect the environment for our children.
