For over a year, the City of San Jos has been working with the business community to evaluate commercial garbage and recycling services. On March 24th, the City Council approved the development and release of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to identify potential service providers and changes to the existing system. The RFPs are scheduled to be released this summer, with proposals due in late 2009.
