Public scoping meeting held for environmental review report (EIR) Notice of Preparation.

Winter 2009–Fall 2010

Continue outreach to stakeholders, retailers, ethnic and small businesses. Public education at community events, neighborhood meetings.

July 12, 2010

Draft EIR (DEIR) released for 45 day period of public comment. Single-use Bags DEIR

Fall 2010

Planning Commission to review DEIR and comments.

Fall 2010

Citywide public meeting to be held prior to Council consideration of ordinance.

Fall–Winter 2010
