Retailer Toolkit Request Form

A free Retailer Toolkit is available for businesses in San José to prepare customers for the new bag ordinance taking effect on January 1, 2012. The toolkit includes a poster, a cash register tent card, and a store front window decal.

To order your toolkit, use this online form. Toolkit items will be sent within 1-2 weeks after receiving your order. Quantities are limited. While supplies last. For larger quantities, please call our Bring Your Own Bag hotline at 408-534-BYOB (2962).
